You can keep the dumpster for the entire length of the contract. Rental periods are 10 days. However, we are very service oriented and we have the flexibility to work with you if it looks like your project may last longer than the agreed upon contract period. Please be aware that additional rental fees may be added to your original invoice. So please call us before the end of the rental agreement and our sales staff will work with you.

How long can I keep the dumpster?

It is not necessary for someone to be present when your dumpster is delivered. However, if you have any special directions or placement requests, it is advisable that someone is present to be sure that the driver understands your needs.

Is it necessary for someone to be present at delivery time?

Due to the dumpster’s weight, there is a risk that it may cause some damage to your lawn and certain types of driveways. If this is a concern of yours, we recommend having pieces of plywood ready when the container is delivered to place under the wheels of the dumpster. This should help minimize any damage. Our service does not take any responsibility or liability for any damage caused to your lawn or driveway, however.

Will the dumpster damage my driveway or lawn?

Please order your dumpster 48 hours in advance if possible. However, in certain situations, your representative may be able to deliver the container sooner.

How far in advance do I need to order a dumpster rental?

Roll off dumpsters cannot be loaded over the height of the sidewalls. Overloading the dumpster will prevent us from securing our tarp over the top of the roll-off dumpster. An overloaded roll-off dumpster will be required to be offloaded and there will be a $100 OFFLOADING charge.

How high can we fill the trash dumpster?

Dirt, brick, shingles and tile are very heavy materials. A roll-off dumpster loaded with these materials are often too heavy for our truck to pick up, and the weight can make it dangerous to haul. If you need to dispose of these items, contact us to develop a plan and pricing for a successful haul.
